It's so sad that I have to read your blog for updates on my house since I can only make it out there once every 1-2 weeks, but thanks for checking in on it! I am glad to see some progress is being made on yours. I'm dismayed the closing has been moved to Sept 28th for me(I think, it's not confirmed)
